Our return policy is active for 30 calendar days from the date the tracking number shows the package was delivered to your address. Beyond this 30-day window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the wallet must be in its original boutique condition. Since leather quickly adapts to its environment and usage, any signs of wear, stretching, or the application of leather conditioners will void the eligibility for a return. We recommend inspecting the product thoroughly upon arrival while keeping it in its original packaging.
While every Boldgents wallet undergoes a rigorous inspection, manufacturing defects can occur. We define defects as structural failures such as broken hardware or stitching. Natural variations in leather (scars, grain patterns) are not considered defects but rather signs of authenticity. If your item is structurally defective, Boldgents will provide a full refund or a replacement immediately at zero cost to you.
In the rare event that our shipping team sends a color or model that does not match your invoice, please notify us within 48 hours. We will prioritize the shipment of your correct item and provide a pre-paid label for the return of the incorrect piece.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your aesthetic choice. If you decide the wallet does not suit your style, you may return it within the 30-day window. We maintain a No Restocking Fee policy to ensure a premium experience. Even for personal preferences, Boldgents remains committed to a hassle-free return process.
If your package fails to arrive or the Order Tracking shows no activity for more than 10 business days (domestic), we will treat the item as lost. In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method or a one-time replacement at no additional charge.
At Boldgents, we believe in a transparent cost structure. We do not apply hidden administrative fees. Boldgents covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns within the United States. We will provide a pre-paid digital shipping label that you can print and attach to your return parcel.

Timeline: Although the refund is initiated instantly by our system, financial institutions typically take 5 business days to reflect the transaction on your bank statement.
